MAGNOLIA CAFE [Cafe] ~Asagaya~

Magnolia Cafe is located just west of Shinjuku, in the interesting town of Asagaya. Sean and Ikuko have created a small and cool cafe serving British scones and cakes. There is a wide range of fantastic teas, coffee and British beers to enjoy. There is always hot food available, including home-made beans-on-toast, and toasted sandwiches with homemade pickle or piccalilli. On weekends, they serve lunch, which changes from week to week and includes favourites such as Steak and kidney pie, Cornish pasty, Kedgeree, Salmon Wellington. The menu is in English as well as Japanese, and the prices are very reasonable. The warm welcome will make you feel right at home. Sit on the green terrace or inside where you might enjoy a rest from looking around the interesting local town that is Asagaya.
