It is the play and also the sport to shoot each other by using airsoft gun (BB gun).
This game is originated in Japan, and it is getting popular recently.

It actually is played wide places such as forest, but most places are far from the urban area.
So, it is not easy to go to play the game.
However, we heard we can play it in the office building which is close to the station in Tokyo,
so we went the place in Akihabara with Rose from China.

It is the survival game field

It takes just 4 minutes by walk from Akihabara station.

Are you ok? Because you don’t have any equipment to play!

Do not worry about that.
ASOBIBA has lots of equipment to play such as airsoft gun, protector, and camouflage-printed clothes,
so you do not need to bring anything.
Near from the station, no need to bring the equipment.
This is the reason why ASOBIBA is getting popular for many people.

First, you need to register.
Only people who are over 18 years old and who can agree with the safe protocol can play.
The application and the registration are the set, so you must register in order to play.
*People who just want come and see do not need to register.
We heard foreigners see the game first and start to play.

The registration is easily done.

The survival game is fun game, but because it uses the airsoft gun, players have to follow the rules.

They have English explanation too, so do not worry.

Here is the brief rule of the game,

– When someone shoot and hit your body or equipment even only one time, it is game over.

– When you are hit, say “I got HIT!!”, and leave the field.

– However, it is self-judge.

There is the game facilitator, but it is self-judge if you got shot.
This rule is the reason why this game is the sports of ladies and gentlemen as well as golf.

1 game is about 5 ~ 10 minutes.
(You can play 5 hours max, but you finish the game within the time.)
You can take a break if you are tired,
and you can check how other players move and shoot by monitor.

There are short break and long break, so you can communicate with teammates even it is first met.
(The game need the teamwork; otherwise, you cannot win!)

Well, even players do not wear the “survival clothes” every day, so we want to take a picture with each other.

And also, many people talked about their airsoft gun and enjoyed although Rose does not have own gun.

Rose also borrow other player’s gun, and took a picture.

The concept of Akihabara is the “ruins in the forest”.

It creates the extraordinary atmosphere in the office building of electronic city in Akihabara.

It offers extraordinary experiences easily that you aim against players or you are aimed by them.

There many kinds of game, but today is the most simple one, “frag battle”
Divided into 2 teams and the team gets the opponent’s frag is the winner.

Rose is too much though…lol
This is the first step to overcome the fear in order to play the survival game for fun.

He got shots many times but he learned the tips to play.

Even though the game is about 5~10 minutes,
you need to concentrate to prevent from getting hit and move quickly,
so it is really hard both mentally and physically.

They take a break properly and join the game for getting better.

Staffs and the teammates taught Rose the tips, and he is getting better.
Looks like becoming one half of body is the crucial point of this game.

He finally looks like survival “player”.

And the God gave him the moment…

The move is awkward though lol But, he got the frag!!

The team hit against all players, so the win is unquestioned.
But the teammates handed the frag to Rose lol

Rose is totally absorbed in the survival game after that.
But, it is about time to leave.

Now he is in the mood of Action star lol
