Park Hotel Tokyo ~Shiodome~
In 2013, which marked the tenth year since our inception, the Park Hotel Tokyo had set about seeking for a unique market that other hotels had not yet laid eyes on.
Fittingly, we settled on targeting customers with interests in art and design.
And to differentiate ourselves from other hotels, we have put forth a new concept, “Infinite time and space amid cognizant Japanese beauty”, which would provide the basis to promote Japanese-style hospitality “Omotenashi”.
With regard to each of the hotel’s three foundations, ART — Atrium, Restaurant and Travel, we are rolling out new initiatives that incorporate art and enable first-hand experience of Japanese aesthetics.
Among the 33 rooms on the 31st floor, the Artist Floor, two rooms will be set aside to create an Art Lounge, a lounge for guests staying on that floor. As a special benefit to the guests staying in Artist Rooms, this will be an Executive Lounge where there will always be an Art Concierge on site. Guests will have access to services such as welcome drinks at the lounge, and will also function as a gallery. The Artist Floor will be providing its own unique service, incorporating elements of art. The Art Lounge and the Artist Floor will also play a central role in offering services to visitors who are interested in art, but are not staying at the hotel.
We will be maximizing the role that Japanese aesthetics and hospitality can play to offer a memorable hotel experience in various parts of Park Hotel Tokyo.
