With this concept in mind, while we are a city hotel, the Shiba Park Hotel 151 offers services to provide Japanese inn-style hospitality.
Our hospitality begins the moment you make a reservation.
We want to be in touch with our guests’ needs and to fulfill their desires. We can suggest activities according to the season and the guests’ interests.
A one-of-a-kind globe entitled <ONE WORLD>, at a height of over 1.7 meters, will be set up in the lobby. The globe, on which no borders have been drawn, rests on a pedestal made in the image of Mt. Fuji. As the lobby is a place where our guests from all over the world come and go, this installation will be set out in the hope that visitors can spend some time in harmony, sharing stories while looking upon their home countries, Japan, and the world.
We offer professional services that are different from standard concierge services, in line with our philosophy “Endeavor to be the professional of Omotenashi” in mind.

On the second floor of our hotel, we have a Japanese Culture Salon SAKURA, where, as the name suggests, guests can experience Japanese culture, entertainment, and elements of lifestyle during their stay.
Our hotel staffs serve as instructors.
They will provide lectures on a variety of aspects of Japanese culture that we have been accustomed to since childhood, and are a deep-rooted part of their lives.
SAKURA is open every day. Please feel free to drop by. This is the beginning of the Japanese culture experience. We offer a variety of programs such as origami (paper-folding) and Japanese calligraphy. In addition, on an irregular basis, we are also planning to offer tours such as Bon dancing at Zojoji, to experience the seasonal delights of Japan.
The Japanese Culture Salon SAKURA will provide a warm welcome to our guests who have selected our hotel for their stay in Japan.

Our guest rooms are relaxing, and offer elegant environment featuring a taste of Japanese culture in the choice of colors, decoration, and lighting. Hollywood Twin style choice of beds is the primary room type, and wide varieties of tea and butter fragrant shortbread are prepared in all guest rooms. We also offer a baggage rack for placing your suitcases. In addition, to help you enjoy the Japanese culture of bathing, almost every guest room is built to offer separate bathrooms and toilets, and provide deep bathtubs. Japan-oriented asanoha (hemp leaf) pattern is used for the packages of amenities. Please fill your bathtub with warm water to enjoy a relaxing, luxurious bath.

The Old City Grill House

The Old City Grill House will offer a “high quality steak restaurant feast for all five senses”, serving “Tokyo Beef”, a brand of Japanese black beef raised by designated producers within the city of Tokyo, as well as New England Clam Chowder from the Northeastern United States, Cajun cuisine and Fried Okra from the South, and other local dishes from various regions in the United States of America. Also, a variety of craft beers will be offered to pair with food choices.
Diners will enjoy everything from authentic cooking to light meals and tea time choices. In addition, there will be takeout items such as Hot Dogs and Lobster Rolls. It is an all-day dining, not only for guests at the Shiba Park Hotel 151, but also for people who want to come just to enjoy great food..
