BROZERS’ [Restaurant] ~Ningyocho~
BROZERS’ was established at Nihonbashi Ningyocho in July, 2000 as a “gourmet burger shop” which was rare at the time. The reason why the owner chose Ningyocho to open the store is just he liked there where there are lots of mood of Edo. The owner lived in Belgium for 7 years from 3 years old. He could not forget the taste of the burger that he often ate when he was young. When he was 17, he watched the movie “Cocktail”, and he started to think that he want to have own store in the future. When he was 22, he moved to Sydney in Australia, and he had the training at the hamburger shop there. He decided to spread its taste and atmosphere to Japan, and he opened the store when he was 25. Ningyocho has actually well-established Japanese restaurants and Japanese-style confectionery shops with mood of Edo, so “the hamburger shop that’s concept of American taste” is not belong to there. However, because the starts in Ningyocho was not so easy, it related to explore and to upgrade the items and services. Even though there were suffering time the first some years, but the customers, who came from even far, gradually were increased. We are thinking if people start to call BROZERS’ as established shop in Ningyocho in the future, it is really honorable thing. We, all staff, are always welcoming and looking forward to seeing you.
