SUTADON [Stamina Rice] ~Takadanobaba~
“SUTADON” is the abbreviation for stamina-donburi.
It is the dish of volume and stamina full marks which entwined and stir-fried “the secret sauce of garlic-and-soy-sauce” to pork and a Japanese leek,
and put on the rice of the super-large serving.

It is born to the owner of the ramen restaurant in Tokyo has been trial and error in the thought that
“I want you to eat full stomach what low-priced & delicious food and work hard”
and it has continued being loved for 45 years or more until it continues up to now.
SUTADON is taking into account the balance of nutrition in a healthy diet, we use carefully selected pork, garlic, egg yolk.
Pork is using juicy and soft ribs.
And since pork contains many former “vitamin B” of vitality, it fits recovery from fatigue and physical strength reinforcement, and also lowers cholesterol simultaneously.
A garlic also has the work which makes the recovery-from-fatigue effect maintain for a long time, and an egg yolk maintains youth and health out of the body by a good protein source.
